Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

PLANNING APPLICATION NO: S/RES/24/0122

Proposed development at: Wichelstowe District Centre - Canalside West, Swindon

I give notice that Rob Powe is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent in respect of;

S/RES/24/0122 - Reserved Matters Application (following planning application (S/13/1524/SAC)) for Wichelstowe District Centre - Canalside West. Details of the layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access in relation to mixed-use development at Canalside West within Wichelstowe District Centre, Wichelstowe in accordance with Condition 4 of the outline planning consent (S/13/1524/SAC).

Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via our website https://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering application number S/RES/24/0122. The Environmental Statement can be viewed under S/13/1524. Copies of the Environmental Statement are available for purchase.
