24/00134/NF3 - Former Mile Cross Depot, Mile Cross Road, Erection of 67 dwellings, the removal of northern wall, demolition of existing garages, creation of open space, new landscaped area, new cycle and footway links and associated works (phase 1 of redevelopment).

24/00143/F & 24/00144/L - 12 Lime Tree Road, Rear single storey extension.

24/00131/F & 24/00132/L - 12 – 14 Royal Arcade, Creation of new lobbied entrance, sub-division of ground floor into two separate units; Sub-division of first and second floors from ground floor, and internal alterations including new stud walls to form protected staircase.

23/01406/NF3 - 1-6 Ladbrooke Place, Replacement of timber fascia’s & soffits with upvc and replace felt on flat roof with applied membrane.

24/00119/L - 8 Redwell Street, Alterations to first and second floors to facilitate the conversion to 2 no. two bedroom flats (Class C3).

24/00125/L - 33 St Georges Street, Installation of secondary glazed panes behind existing windows.
24/00142/L - Annesley House Hotel, 4 - 8 Newmarket Road, Replacement of glazed roof to existing conservatory with slate tiles and gable cladding.
