I give notice that FWS Carter & Sons Ltd is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/2640/FUL
Proposed 12 no. EV charging points and associated layby, site access and egress with new public footpath and cycle path.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
