This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 01/24/00003:26 Taunton Road, Pedwell, Bridgwater, TA7 9BG. Alteration & part demolition to existing extension & replacement of all fenestrations with the replacement of the existing wall to the West elevation with full height glazing including doors. This application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
