The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

23/03474 – 7 Castle Street Tonbridge TN9 1BH - AAA Premier Investments Ltd is applying for change of use and conversion of first floor from Class E (Office) to Class C (Residential) with internal alterations to form 3 residential units. Reason: CA LB

23/03505 & 23/03507 – Vauxhall Inn Vauxhall Lane Tonbridge TN11 0NA - Greene King is applying for erection of timber pergola, extension to patio area, improvements to existing access arrangements, replacement of internal bar and other associated works including both internal and external refurbishments. Reason: LB

23/03547 – Phase 5 Worrall Drive Wouldham - Vistry Homes (Kent) is applying for Approval of Reserved Matters relating to appearance, layout, landscaping and scale pursuant to Outline Permission 15/01485/OAEA for development of 10 homes (8 new) and re-orientation of 2 homes already approved under the 3B consent with associated parking and landscaping. 24/00053/PA – Yew Tree Cottage 437 Bells Farm Road Hadlow Tonbridge TN11 0JR – Mr & Mrs Baldock are applying for construction of new single storey double garage. Reason: LB HH

24/00078/PA – 119 Land South Of Windmill Hill Wrotham Heath TN15 7SX - Wrotham Heath Golf Club is applying for removal of soil bund and erection of 1x 3 bedroom detached dwelling with associated parking and landscaping. Reason: PROW

24/00081/PA – 14A Bordyke Tonbridge TN9 1NN – Mr M Oliver is applying to replace the 1960/1970s ground floor single glazed picture window and door from the dining room to the garden side on the rear of the single storey extension and replace with white wooden bifold doors. Reason: LB CA

24/00094/PA – 15 Offham Road West Malling ME19 6RB – Mr Stansfi eld is applying for conversion of front garden into driveway for one vehicle. Reason: CA HH

24/00096/PA – The Spinney London Road Wrotham Heath TN15 7RS - C Smith is applying for Section 73 application to vary planning condition 1 of planning permission TM/21/00209/FL. Reason: PROW

24/00097/PA & 24/0098 - 36 38 First Floor High Street West Malling ME19 6QR - Ince Ltd is applying for conversion of first floor and second fl oor to 2x dwellings. Reason: CA LB

24/00138/PA - Land North And East Of Tree House Yopps Green Plaxtol TN15 0PY – Mr C Pearce is applying for installation of ground mounted solar array on adjacent field for domestic energy supply at the residential dwelling. Reason: PROW
