The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area.

The Eagle Public House, 145 High Street, Amersham Listed building consent for refurbishment including alteration to bar, new flooring, new screen and redecoration.

Barn Cottage, 14 Pednormead End, Chesham Listed building consent to block old existing air vent and install new air vent.

Comments received on applications are public documents. They must be received within 21 days of the date of this publication, either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
