What is planned?
LEEDS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Leeds City Council is intending to dispose of land comprising public open space by way of a sale, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below.
Plans showing the area of land concerned can be provided upon request by email to martin.blackett@leeds.gov.uk or by telephoning 0113 378 7673.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should submit written representations by email to martin. blackett@leeds.gov.uk (quoting reference Holdsforth Place) no later than the 2nd March 2024.
SCHEDULE
The disposal will be by way of a sale of land at Holdsforth Place, Leeds, LS12 for affordable housing.
