PUBLIC INQUIRY

Application No. 23/01504/OUT Land West Of London Lane, Ascott Under Wychwood

A Public Inquiry against refusal of the above Planning Application will be held (under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities opening on 27th February 2024 at 10.00 am at Elmfield building (former Council Offices), New Yatt Road, Witney, OX28 1PB. 6 sitting days are currently scheduled for the Inquiry: 27th-29th February and 5th-6th March at Elmfield, and 15th March held in reserve if required may be held virtually (TBC). Interested parties may attend and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views. Copies of the Council's and the appellant's case may be viewed on the District Council's website, www.westoxon.gov.uk . This inquiry is planned as an in person event, except for 15th March which if required may be held virtually. However as per the current Planning Inspectorate guidance the Council must be prepared for the inquiry to be held fully virtually at short notice and without postponement if required. Please therefore email us at Planning.Appeals@westoxon.gov.uk, quoting reference number 23/00029/APPEAL, to register in advance if you wish to attend, so that we may include you in notification of any change of arrangement.
