New en-suite bathroom to first floor master bedroom with new conservation type roof-lights. New powder room at ground floor and new worktop with base units for washing machine and dryer. New internal staircase to access mezzanine floor in the annex building. New tea point in the annex building. Replace existing defective west facing clerestory window to annex building) – Widen the choice of conservation roof light suppliers, Alterations to materials used in the en-suite bathroom, change of worktop above washer & dryer to wood and change of position of the kitchen in the annex.
