Applications, plans and other documents submitted may be examined at Planning & Building Standards front counter, Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh EH8 8BG between the hours of 8:30-5:00 Monday-Thursday & 8:30-3:40 on Friday. Written comments may be made quoting the application number to the Head of Planning & Building Standards within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. You can view, track & comment on planning applications online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/planning. The application may have been subject to a pre-application consultation process & comments may have been made to the applicant prior to the application being submitted. EIA Report has been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council by The City
Of Edinburgh Council. relating to planning application 23/07343/AMC at Land 445 Metres North Of 103 Newcraighall Road Edinburgh. The development description is Proposal is for a replacement school for Newcraighall Primary School (3-stream, 630 pupils) – a new Passivhaus, ultra-low energy school, with an adjoining Nursery (128 children). All accommodation will be within the one, two-storey building and exceed a total gross external floor area (GEFA) of 5,000sqm. The development also includes landscaped school grounds and sports pitch. The school is situated in the centre of the wider New Brunstane Masterplan development Planning Reference 16_04122_PPP.
