NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Installation of aluminium roller shutters to shopfront (retrospective application)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/00115/FUL).

2) Outline application (approval sought for all reserved matters except landscaping) for demolition of existing mix use building and erection of new 4-storey mix use building with ground floor pharmacy with 12 residential dwellings above, parking, access, bin storage and cycle provision.

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
