Listed Building within a CA – 24/00263/ALB & 24/00262/APP – The Old Manor Church Lane Tingewick – Listed building application and householder application for closure of doorway and reduce size of other opening. Removal of roof glass sheets and replace with Conservation Roof Light. Installation of timber deck and create opening within masonry wall. Installation of swimming pool.

24/00204/ALB & 24/00203/APP – 28 South Street Wendover – Listed building application and householder application for formation of dropped kerb, cross over works and insertion of section of hard paving.

Affects a Public Right of Way – 24/00292/APP – 71 Avenue Road Winslow – Householder application for single storey rear extension.

24/00308/APP – 11 Great Lane Bierton – Householder application for single storey front extension with roof light, open porch, log burner flue, partial render to existing front elevation, fenestration alterations and re-roofing the existing property.
