Further or other information has been received by the relevant planning authority from the applicant and is now available in relation to an environmental statement concerning the above planning application which has already been provided.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, environmental statement, plans and other documents submitted with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT (available online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 8 March 2024.
Hard copies of the Environmental Statement may be obtained from BMET Ltd, 179 Breach Road, Langley, Heanor, DE75 7HQ so long as stocks last, at a cost of £550.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 8 March 2024,
