PLANNING APPLICATION NO: S/RES/24/0058

Proposed development at: Wichelstowe Residential Parcel 13, Land West Of Mill Lane, Canalside South, Wichelstowe

I give notice that Rob Powe is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent in respect of;

S/RES/24/0058 - Details of the layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access in relation to residential Parcel 13 for 207no residential units in accordance with Condition 4 of the outline planning consent (S/13/1524/SAC). An environmental statement was submitted to support the application.

Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via our website http://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering application number S/RES/24/0058. The Environmental Statement can be viewed under S/13/1524. Copies of the Environmental Statement are available for purchase. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this applications should write to the Council at the following address: Planning Department, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG or via the above public access link, quoting the relevant reference S/RES/24/0058 before 8th March 2024.
