NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
(to be published in a newspaper and, where relevant, on a website or to be served on an owner* or a tenant**)
Proposed development at (a) E48 Bridge, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London, E15 2NJ.
I give notice that (b) Stratford East London Partners LLP Is Applying to the (c) London Legacy Development Corporation For permission to undertake the following minor material changes to an existing planning permission (d) "Application for minor material amendments under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to the Bridgewater Bridge Planning Permission dated 5 August 2022 (ret 21/00407/FUL) relating to application boundaries, road surfaces, embankment landscaping, towpath layout and lighting approach."
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at (e) LLDC PPDT, Level 9, 5 Endeavour Square, Stratford, London, E20 1JN. within the period of 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice. * "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land. The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
