NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT AND REGULATIONS 1990 (Notices under Article 15, sections 67/73 or Regulation 5 as appropriate.)

I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

HARVINGTON PLAYING FIELD SOUTH EDEN PARK ROAD BECKENHAM - (23/04458) Applicant: CALA Homes South Home Counties Proposal: Provision of a new play area for children aged 12 years. This play area is proposed to be re-located from an approved location at the adjoining Langley Court development. The removal of the play space from the Langley Court site is subject to a separate planning application (ref. DC/18/00443/RECON1).

FLAMINGO PARK CLUB SIDCUP BY PASS ROAD CHISLEHURST BR7 6HL-(24/00134) Applicant: (C/o DHA Planning)

Proposal: Formation of 16x electric vehicle charging spaces, with associated 8x chargers, substation and switchboard, and post mounted wing structures.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
