EPF/2741/23 Burnt Hall Middle Street Nazeing, EN9 2LG. New vehicular entrance and open-sided garage.

EPF/0111/24 Little West Hatch High Road Chigwell IG7 5BS. Fire damage repairs to curtilage listed outbuilding.

EPF/0158/24 Currance House, Upland Road, Epping Upland CM16 6NN. Replacement of two single glazed sash windows with matching double glazed windows.

Major applications

EPF/0035/24 1, Langston Road, Loughton, IG10 3SD. Redevelopment of the site to provide a new self-storage facility (Use Class B8), new light Industrial workspace / incubator units (Use Class E(g)(lll)) and a new hotel (Use Class C1) with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and ancillary works.

EPF/2758/23 Chapelfield Nursery, Sewardstone Road, Waltham Abbey, E4 7RE. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 2 storey, 66 bed care home with landscaping, parking and improved access onto Sewardstone Road.
