Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2024/00041/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: The Livery Stables, Lymm Road, Thelwall, Warrington WA4 2TG Proposal: Proposed demolition of existing buildings and the erection of eight dwellings with associated new access from the highway and landscaping. Applicant: Calore Homes LtdA copy of the application may be inspected at https://online.warrington.gov.uk/planning/
