The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/0075/FH - Kent Cottage, 19 Chapel Street, Hythe, CT21 5BE - Change of use from commercial unit 1 to residential to include a single storey rear extension. WC and kitchenette to be added to commercial unit 3 along with alterations to fence
23/2062/FH - Spicers Farm, Canterbury Road, Etchinghill, Folkestone, CT18 8DE - Single storey extension, internal alterations and external repairs. Works to include new annexe, new car port and associated external landscaping, including a new site entrance
24/0022/FH - 6-8 High Street Lydd, Romney Marsh, TN29 9AJ - Change of use and conversion of retail shop and two self-contained flats to a single dwellinghouse

24/0047/FH - 6-8 High Street Lydd, Romney Marsh, TN29 9AJ - Listed Building Consent for the change of use and conversion of retail shop and two self-contained flats to a single dwellinghouse

24/0023/FH - 102 Sandgate High Street, Sandgate, Folkestone, CT20 3BY - Conversion of existing seating area into a kitchenette and food preparation area.
24/0030/FH - Nickolls Quarry, Dymchurch Road, Hythe, CT21 4NE - Application for the approval of Reserved Matters (Access, Appearance, Layout, Scale, and Landscaping) for Phases 3 and 4 pursuant to conditions 1, 4, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 21, 26, 30, 31, 34, 37, 39, and 43 of Outline planning permission Y19/1492/FH for a residential development including the provision of affordable housing, site access, landscaping, parking and earthworks.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
