Replace 1 no. projecting signage with new. Retain existing brackets. Existing projecting sign brackets to be painted blue to match new fascia – replace 1 no. fascia and 1 no. logo with 1 no. new blue fascia and 1 no. new logo. Replace fascia trough light with new, light fitting to be blue to match new fascia – replace 1 no. ATM surround and decals with new – replace safety manifestation to windows and doors with new – replace frosted vinyl with privacy manifestation – install new window message ‘’a good way to bank’’ – replace statutory signage with new.

Proposed development at Land at Barley Mow Lane, Punnetts Town, TN21 9DJ. I give notice that Mr D Lambert-Gorwyn, c/o Coster Associates is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the erection of Colt bungalow and dependent works. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\\planning. wealden.gov.uk. Outline planning permission for the erection of up to 46 residential dwellings including 35% affordable housing. All matters are reserved except for access.
