What is planned?
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:
a. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
23/01046/FUL Proposed demolition of existing derelict dwelling and erection on new 4 bedroom dwelling, erection of detached garage with annex over and new entrance wall and gates. Woodland Lea, 2 Somerby Road, Cold Overton, Leicestershire.
b. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:-
24/00013/REM Application for the approval of reserved matters for landscaping with respect to the attenuation pond area and the 5 plots approved in detail on 23 July 2021 (ref 20/01135/REM) - pursuant to the outline consent (ref 19/00859/OUT) Field OS 6260, Canal Lane, Hose.
c. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
23/01105/FULHH Replacement conservatory to rear of property. Station House, 1 Main Street, Saxelby, Leicestershire.
24/00080/FULHH Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension. Demolition and replacement of existing single storey entrance with new porch. The Chestnuts, 9 Harby Lane, Hose, Leicestershire. A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray
LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
