Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.

W/23/1257 169 Rugby Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6DP: Removal of felt
3rd storey flat roof. Replacing it with a steel pitched roof. Pitch to be 25 to 35
degree angle. With the addition of eight solar panels of 375w capacity. Also to
add eight solar panels of 375w to rear facing main roof. Also at ground level
installation of a Tesla powerwall for Mr Peter Forde.
