PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION: Prospective Major
Application at Finance House, 10 Orchard Brae, Edinburgh,
EH4 1PF
Proposed erection of residential development, change of use and
extension of existing class 4 office building to student accommodation and
flexible working space with associated amenity space, cycle parking, car
parking, landscaping and new public footpath from Learmonth Court to
Orchard Brae.
The in-person public consultation event will take place on Thursday 8th
February from 3pm to 7pm. It will be held at St Ninian’s Episcopal Church
(40 Comely Bank, EH4 1AG), where you will be able to find out more about
the proposal and will also have opportunities to speak to the project team
representing the Applicant, Finance Development LLP. Further information

If you wish to make comments on the proposal, you may do so at the event
by submitting a feedback form. Alternatively, you can email your comments

Please note that all comments must be sent to the above address and are
NOT representations to City of Edinburgh Council. There will be an
opportunity to make formal representations to the council, as planning
authority, when a planning application is made.
