What is planned?

CHILTERN LOCAL AREA TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990

The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area.

PL/23/4059/FA CA & affects setting of LB The Stables, Botley House, East Street, Chesham Rear two storey extension with rear dormer which raises the roof ridge height and conversion of existing garage to habitable space.

PL/23/3543/FA Major development & affects setting of LB Beaconsfield Golf Club, Farm Lane, Jordans Erection of driving range and teaching bay.

PL/24/0081/FA & PL/24/0082/HB LB in CA 44 The Broadway, Amersham Erection of new garden building.

PL/24/0074/FA & PL/24/0075/HB LB High and Over, 40 Highover Park, Amersham Replacement existing garage with single storey annexe including basement to facilitate habitable accommodation. (Renewal of application PL/21/0111/FA).

PL/24/0065/FA Affects setting of LB Calf Barn, Fullers Hill Farm, Fullers Hill, Hyde Heath Demolition of existing equestrian buildings, erection of 7 detached dwellings, alterations to existing detached dwelling and retention of existing 4 flats.

PL/23/4084/FA LB in CA Rushmere, Swan Bottom Road, The Lee Erection of detached double garage and conversion of existing integral garage to living space including fenestration additions and internal works.

Comments received on applications are public documents. They must be received within 21 days of the date of this publication, either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
