TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1748/LBC/CE: Flat 7, Washington House, Marlborough Drive, Bushey, WD23 2RN. Application to replace existing windows with double glazed aluminium units. (Application for Listed Building Consent.) Reason: Listed Building and Green Belt.

23/1749/LBC/CE: Flat 11, Washington House, Marlborough Drive, Bushey, WD23 2RN. Application to replace existing windows with double glazed aluminium units. (Application for Listed Building Consent.) Reason: Listed Building and Green Belt.

23/1731/FUL/AKA: National Animal Welfare Trust, Tylers Way, Watford, WD25 8WT. Hybrid application for phased development; Full application for reprovision of National Animal Welfare Trust facilities including widening of existing access, car parking, and associated works. Demolition of all existing buildings upon completion of new facilities, and Outline permission for 4,264 sqm (GEA) of commercial buildings (Class B2 - General Industry / B8 - Warehousing and Distribution/ Class E (G) (iii) Industrial Processes, with ancillary offices) with all matters reserved other than Access. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
