NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/CA/0012/2024 – Proposed development at Cockering Farm, Cockering Road, Thanington Without, Kent, CT1 3UR.
Kent County Council is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Erection of a two-form entry Primary School and 26 place Nursery with a new access off Fairbrass Way, together with a playing field, a Multi-Use Games Area, a car park with drop-off area, hard and soft landscaping and ancillary works.

Please quote the application reference number (KCC/CA/0012/2024) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
