NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

KCC/CA/0012/2024 – Proposed development at Cockering Farm, Cockering Road, Thanington Without, Kent, CT1 3UR.

Kent County Council is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Erection of a two-form entry Primary School and 26 place Nursery with a new access off Fairbrass Way, together with a playing field, a Multi-Use Games Area, a car park with drop-off area, hard and soft landscaping and ancillary works.

The proposed development may affect a public right of way

You may also write to Planning Applications Group, Kent County Council, First Floor, Invicta House, County Hall, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1XX although we would strongly encourage you to submit comments online or by email at this time due to ongoing hybrid working arrangements.

We accept comments within 18 days from the date of this notice (19 February 2024). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/CA/0012/2024) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
