Erection of detached single storey building to provide 2 no. new independent living flats and connected staff facilities, creation of 4 no. entrance doors, replacement of 5 No. windows with entrance doors to flats within main building, provision of fenced gardens to flats with lighting to paths and associated works (part retrospective)
LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
337 Coniscliffe Road Darlington DL3 8AN (24/00021/LBC)
Erection of a glazed Orangery and new mono-pitch roof to the rear porch on the south elevation together with the removal of a garden wall and construction of steps and patio, replacement of 14 no. windows with timber framed slim line double glazed windows and re-instate dog tooth corbel bricks on rear elevation.
