NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that Gleeson Land Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2023/11188) at Land at Blackmore Farm, Sandridge Common, Melksham, SN12 7QS, for the demolition of agricultural buildings & development of up to 500 dwellings; up to 5,000 square metres of employment (class E(g)(i)) & class E(g)(ii)); land for primary school (class F1); land for mixed-use hub (class E/class F); open space; provision of access infrastructure from Sandridge Common (A3102); & provision of all associated infrastructure necessary to facilitate the development of the site (Outline application relating to access) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website.
