The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 16 February 2024 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
I give notice that Gleeson Land Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2023/11188) at Land at Blackmore Farm, Sandridge Common, Melksham, SN12 7QS, for the demolition of agricultural buildings & development of up to 500 dwellings; up to 5,000 square metres of employment (class E(g)(i)) & class E(g)(ii)); land for primary school (class F1); land for mixed-use hub (class E/class F); open space; provision of access infrastructure from Sandridge Common (A3102); & provision of all associated infrastructure necessary to facilitate the development of the site (Outline application relating to access) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent tor&co Limited at the following address, 3 Edmund Gardens, 117 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ or by Email: enquiries@ torandco.com, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last.
