CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CHURCH STREET & FRITH ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate track repair works on behalf of Tramlink, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Church Street and Frith Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Church Street will be closed between its junctions with Middle Street and Old Palace Road.

b) Parking and loading bays will be suspended in the following locations.

(i) Church Street (between its junctions with Middle Street and Old Palace Road).

(ii) Frith Road (the entire length).

3. Whilst the closures remain in force, the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Drummond Road, Reeves Corner, Roman Way (A236), Lower Coombe Street, High Street, Whitgift Street, Charles Street and Church Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 10 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed on 24 February 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS DEEPDENE AVENUE AND RANMORE AVENUE. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic and parking in Deepdene Avenue and Ranmore Avenue, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) The carriageway and western (even-numbered side) footway of Deepdene Avenue will be closed from a point 100 metres south of its junction with Selborne Road to the southern end of the road.

b) The carriageway and southern (even-numbered side) footway of Ranmore Avenue will be closed between its junction with Deepdene Avenue and a point 85 metres west of its junction with Radcliffe Road.

c) Parking bays on both sides of Deepdene Avenue (between the common boundary of No. 7 Deepdene Avenue and No.1 Ranmore Avenue and the southern end of the road) will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply within those areas at any time.

3. The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

4. During the closure the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Park Hill Rise, Selborne Road, B243, Chepstow Road and Radcliffe Road, as appropriately signposted. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FAIRFIELD PATH. FOOTPATH NO.595. BETWEEN LLOYD PARK AVENUE AND BROWNLOW ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical works on behalf of UKPN, they intend to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian movements on Fairfield Path, Footpath No.595.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall proceed along Fairfield Path, Public Footpath No.595, which lies between Lloyd Park Avenue and Brownlow Road, Croydon.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for pedestrians will be via Larcombe Close, Coombe Road/A212, Park HHI/B243, Brownlow Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 09 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed on 19 February 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 6 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extents as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any person involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) anything done for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FOXLEY HILL ROAD. PURLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to enable work to install a new electricity supply they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Foxley Hill Road, Purley.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Foxley Hill Road will be closed to vehicular traffic outside Foxley Motors, Nos. 14-16 Godstone Road, Purley.

(b) The south-eastern footway of Foxley Hill Road, outside Foxley Motors, will be closed to pedestrians.

3. During the closure the alternative route for vehicles will be via Olden Lane, Dale Road, Godstone Road, and reversed, as appropriately signposted. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.

4. The Order will come into operation on the 12 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed on 16 February 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extents as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SHIRLEY CHURCH ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate tree surgery works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Shirley Church Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Shirley Church Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Bridle Road and Springhurst Close.

3. During the works the diversion route for traffic will be via Spout Hill, Addington Village Road, Kent Gate Way, Gravel Hill, Shirley Hills Road, Upper Shirley Road to A232 roundabout, U-turn back up Upper Shirley Road, left into Shirley Church Road, and reversed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 16 February 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Tamworth Place.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Tamworth Place will be closed between its junctions with Drummond Road and Tamworth Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

4. During the closure the alternative route for traffic will be via Drummond Road, Church Street, Reeves Corner, Tamworth Road

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works by SGN, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in the roads or sections of roads listed in the Schedule to this notice.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place the roads and sections of roads listed in the Schedule to this notice will be closed during the dates shown.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signposted.

    • Cooper Road closure - Via Cosedge Crescent and Hillside Road.

    • Williams Terrace closure - Via Bates Crescent, Thorneloe Gardens, Goodwin Road and Waddon Way.

    • Price Road closure - Via Violet Lane, Denning Avenue and Hillside Road.

    • Coldharbour Way closure - Via Coldharbour Road, Purley Way A23 and Foss Avenue.

    • Thorneloe Gardens closure - Via Thorneloe Gardens, Goodwin Road, Waddon Way, Williams Terrace and Bates Crescent, or via Goodwin Road, Waddon Way, Williams Terrace and Bates Crescent.

4. The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2024 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed as shown in the Schedule to this notice. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
