NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at

www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way.

24/10051 Harefield Lodge, Plumley, Ringwood, Ellingham Harbridge & Ibsley BH24 3QB - Single storey extension to create a new porch; two storey rear extension; loft conversion including roof alterations and extension, x2no. dormers and roof lights.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

23/10751 Little Nutley, Ringwood Road, Sopley BH23 7BB - Create new access to dwelling; dropped kerb; gate; remove short section of wall and fencing.

24/10018 Palamos House, 66-67 High Street, Lymington SO41 9UZ - Replacement of existing signage including proposed illuminated projecting sign, x1no. illuminated facsia with updated logo/branding to front elevation and x1no. fascia to side elevation; replacement of ATM surround and decals with internally illuminated ATM surround; decorations to timber, rendered shopfront, stucco and painted brick to match existing; removal of window vinyl.

24/10052 Hanger Farm Art Centre, Aikman Lane, Totton SO40 8FT - Repair / replacement to spalling and deteriorated internal brickwork plinth walls. (Application for listed building consent)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
