Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Rugby Cement Plant, Lawford Rd, Rugby, CV21 2RY. I give notice that Cemex UK Cement Ltd has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Environment Act 1995 – Schedule 13 (Review of Old Mineral Planning Permissions).
