TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
24/0048/VOC/GO: Brook House, Galley Lane, Barnet, EN5 4RA. Application for variation of condition 2 (approved plans and drawings) to allow for changes to the proposed design to include subterranean basement following grant of planning permission 23/0173/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.
24/0025/FUL/MSA: 23 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EN. Subdivision of land to allow for erection of detached 4x bed two storey dwelling including accommodation at loft level. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0059/HSE/LN: 13 Oakroyd Close, Potters Bar, EN6 2EW. Driveway alterations including increasing hard standing. Replacement of garage doors. Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www. hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Blstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
