What is planned?

I give notice that HyBont Limited is applying to Bridgend County Borough Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for the storage and use of Schedule 1 Part 2 No. 15 (Hydrogen) at the proposed Hybont Hydrogen Production Facility, Brynmenyn, Bridgend.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend, CF31 4WB during all reasonable hours until 26 January 2024.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Planning & Development Services – Bridgend County Borough Council, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend, CF31 4WB by 26 January 2024.

Bridgend County Borough Council is the Hazardous Substances Authority and it will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to include on the consent.
