Ref: 23/00182/APPM for Redevelopment and change of use of ancillary golf facility within Craig Tara Holiday Park to form extension to the existing holiday caravan provision including new static caravan pitches with associated infrastructure, landscaping and access at Craig Tara Holiday Park Dunure Road, Ayr, is being re-advertised and re-neighbour notified following the submission of further new and amended material information received in response to the Ayrshire Roads Alliance (Council's Roads Authority) consultation responses to this planning application. This includes both new and updated drawings titled 'Proposed A719 Road Safety Improvements Plan (Drawing No. 149305/sk1007 Rev. A)' and an additional/ addendum technical report titled 'Response to Ayrshire Roads Alliance and Proposed Road Mitigation (Ref. 149305 TN01) (Fairhurst, Dated 20th December 2023)' which are publicly available in the electronic planning file for this application on the Council's planning portal.
Both of these are dated from the 15th January 2024.
Please note, the proposed development subject to the planning application remains unchanged and if you have already submitted a representation to this planning application then this will still stand and will be considered as part of the assessment of the planning application. Notwithstanding this, if you have already submitted a representation but wish to submit a further representation based specifically on the new and amended material information submitted in response to the Ayrshire Roads Alliance consultations, then you are entitled to do so but please note that any further submissions you submit will still only count as one overall representation from one party in response to the planning application.
