Retrospective application for the replacement boundary wall to the South elevation in the rear garden. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application). This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a listed building. Application No. 08/23/00380: 35 Friarn Street, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 3LJ. Change of use from Care Home to HMO. This application affects a listed building. Application No. 08/23/00381 & 08/23/00382: The Town Hall, 3644 High Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3BL. Internal alterations to the town hall and erection of extension to adjacent building on site of existing (to be demolished). This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. Application No. 08/24/00002: 10 Longstone Avenue, Bridgwater, TA6 4LN. Erection a single storey to the rear West elevation. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 11/24/00003: 83 High Street, Burnham On Sea, TA8 1PE. The erection of lno. illuminated fascia advertisement sign, 800mm x 6891mm, to the front elevation & lno. illuminated fascia advertisement sign, 750mm x 3458mm, to the rear elevation. Erection of lno. illuminated projecting advertisement sign 500mm x 500mm & lno. illuminated bespoke ATM sign. Along with new frosted window vinyls & replacement statutory signage. This site lies within a Conservation Area. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
