TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposals to make two Orders under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up diversion of a length of Bridleway East Winch no.1 and the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath No.2 East Winch at East Winch in the County of Norfolk, in order to enable development to be carried as permitted by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, under appeal reference APP/X2600/W/21/3289250 and APP/X2600/W/21/3289252.

THE INQUIRY will be held at The Great Barn, Knights Hill Hotel and Spa, South Wootton King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 3HQ commencing at 10:00 am on Tuesday 13 February 2024.
