TROWBRIDGE PL/2023/11008 & PL/2024/00275 - Southview Farm, Drynham Road, Demolition of stone barns; Conversion & extension of farmhouse to form co-working hub, children's nursery & residential apartment; Erection of convenience store with access & landscaping works;

PL/2023/11081 - Land to the North East of Trowbridge Community Hospital, Hammersmith Fields, Reserved matters application following 20/03255/OUT (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale);
