LEAMINGTON SPA
W/23/1421 21 Hyde Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5BT: Replacement front door
and door frame, refurbishment of stained leaded windows above front enterance
to be double glazed for Mrs Jane Smith.
W/23/1712 4 Church Hill, Leamington Spa, CV32 5AY: Formation of a secondfloor front extension to create a gable end roof feature that will replace the
existing flat roof dormer. Replace the existing plain glazed over panel to the
existing front door with a stained glass overpanel. Alterations to the front garden
wall and side return and the installation of a new wrought iron black finished
metal gate. Conversion of the lower basement to an open plan gymnasium
space with some storage space to also include alterations to existing rear door
into a side opening window and lowering of the existing floor level. Replacement
