Proposed development at: Land to the north of Lawn Farm Quarry, Old Bury Road, Wetherden, Suffolk IP14 3JU.

Application No: SCC/0127/23MS I give notice that Aggmax Transport Limited is applying to Suffolk County Council for planning permission for the following development:

Proposal: Northern extension to Lawn Farm Quarry for the extraction, processing, sale and distribution of sand and gravel and subsequent restoration using inert materials.

The proposal would affect a right of way to which Part 111 of the wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from the planning agent as long as stocks last at a charge of £200 P&P.
