REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeals by EZ Skips Limited Ltd Against the enforcement notice served by Wiltshire Council. The notice alleges: Without planning permission, the material change of use of the Land from agriculture to a mixed use for the storage of skips, containers, bins and miscellaneous items not connected to the agricultural use of the Land in addition to the depositing and storage of waste materials as well as the stationing of vehicles, plant and machinery in association with the unauthorised use of the Land.
