As a consequence of a Cyber attack on its website and IT systems on 7 November 2023, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is displaying a summary of the application and drawings sufficient to explain the proposed development online on the planning page on its temporary website: https://cne-siar.gov.uk/. The full planning application, plans, drawings and other documents submitted in respect of a proposed development may be viewed at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway HS1 2BW or Council Offices, Balivanich, Benbecula, between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday. If you wish to view the documents, but are unable to view online or visit the office, please contact the service by email at planning@cne-siar.gov.uk and we will endeavour to send copies of the application documents by email.
