London Borough of Newham Public Notice Local Government Act 1972, Section 122(2A) Appropriation of Land
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Newham intends to appropriate those parcels of land described in the Schedule for planning purposes. The appropriation of the land will facilitate development. The plans referenced in the Schedule identifying the parcels of land described in the Schedule may be inspected during office working hours at London Borough of Newham, Newham Town hall, East Ham E6 2RP or by email request to: Regeneration@newham.gov.uk. Any objections or comments to the proposed appropriations must be submitted in writing and addressed to Estates Regeneration Team, 1st floor West, London Borough of Newham, Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road, London E16 2QU. Or alternatively by email to Regeneration@newham.gov.uk no later than 4.00pm on 1 February 2024.
THE SCHEDULE
1. The land on the west side of Freemasons Road, Newham bounded by Coolfin Road on the south side (in a block at 39-55 Freemasons Road London E16 3PJ) shown outlined red on plan reference: Freemasons Road West Plan 1
2. Land on the east side of Freemasons Road, Newham bounded by Leslie Road on the north side (in buildings known as 35 Ethel Road and 37-75 Ethel Road E16 3AT) shown outlined red on plan reference: Freemason Road East Plan 2
3. Garages block in Normandy Terrace, bounded by Coolfin Road to the north shown outlined red on plan reference: Normandy Terrace Plan 3 4. Land bound by Vincent Street, Wren Close, Tant Avenue, Avlary Close, Mona Close, Ceckton Road, Forty Acre Lane, Edwin Street, Fife Road and Fords Park Road Newham shown outlined red on plan reference: Vincent Street Plan 4
