Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed
developments relate to one or more of the following:

1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
   2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

   MC/23/2861 Reason 1	112 Maidstone Road, Chatham ME4 6DQ Construction of a detached dwelling with associated garden to rear and parking to front accessed via Scotts Terrace - demolition of existing garage to rear.
   MC/23/2792 Reason 1 Reason 2	Land Rear Of 38-40 High Street, Rochester ME1 1LJ Excavation works to facilitate the proposed construction of single storey sunken building at rear of site to provide new Use Class E floor space.
   MC/24/0034 Reason 1	The Roebuck Inn, 47 St Margarets Street, Rochester Construction of a conservatory with demolition of existing porch.
   MC/24/0013 Reason 3	Eastcourt Works (MEMS), Beechings Way, Twydall, Gillingham Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for a minor material amendment to planning permission MC/22/2084 for the addition of a small draft lobby on the front façade
   MC/23/2830 Reason 3	The Hundred Of Hoo Academy, Main Road, Hoo St Werburgh, Rochester Two-storey flat roofed new-build teaching block at Hundred Hoo Academy with associated external works. The accommodation comprises 8 no. classrooms, a pupil break-out room, staff room and offices. The external works consist of extensions to the existing pedestrian path network, paved entrance area, outside breakout space and soft landscaping co-ordinated with the arboricultural and ecology reports.
