I give notice that Mr Paul James is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/2749/MFUL
Permanent use of the building and car park for use class E (e) medical and health facility, and ancillary parking.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in Force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
