PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

24/10015 Land at CROW ARCH LANE & CROW LANE, CROW, RINGWOOD BH24 3DZ - Removal of conditions 20 & 21 of outline planning permission 13/11450 to remove the need to provide a pedestrian and cycle path/link between the Central plot within the site and Christchurch Road.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

24/10005 11 ST THOMAS STREET, LYMINGTON SO41 9NA - Change of use from A1 and A3 units to restaurant with bar

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

24/10009 27 HIGH STREET, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 1AT - Installation of 3 no. roof lights in rear elevation to serve second floor studio flat.

The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

23/11324 POULNER FARM HOUSE, 5 BUTLERS LANE, POULNER, RINGWOOD BH24 1UB - Replacement of existing rear extension, incorporating glazed link to connect to the farmhouse; carport to front of existing double garage and extension to rear to form new storage area; alterations to windows and doors and associated changes to the internal layout; replacement side garden fencing.

This application is for Listed Building Consent.

23/11325 POULNER FARM HOUSE, 5 BUTLERS LANE, POULNER, RINGWOOD BH24 1UB - Replacement of existing rear extension, incorporating glazed link to connect to the farmhouse, opening up into the existing kitchen area; carport to front of existing double garage and extension to rear to form new storage area; replacement of existing side window (east) with new door opening to access new boot room/side hall; conversion of existing rear first floor bedroom into new main family bathroom; replacement side garden fencing. (Application for Listed Building Consent).

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA. ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
