20 High Street, Over, Submission of details required by condition 4 (doors and windows) of Listed Bulding consent 22/04439/LBC There is an existing / old doorway as shown in photo ‘Condition 4 a Photo of existing doorway’ which has been bricked up. The proposal is to reopen the doorway, see photo ‘Condition 4 a Photo of existing doorway with proposed position’ showing the position of the new opening. Please also note that where the non-red bricks reside to the side of the proposed opening, these will be replaced with red brick recycled from the top of the opening - this is to ensure the colour scheme of the old red brick is maintained. To support the walls above, a steel leaf lintel will be installed. The living room walls plaster will need to wrap around in to the proposed new opening, the plaster will go as far as the red brick and will sit flush to ensure a seamless connection. There are also 1:10 drawings showing various views on the opening from both inside the existing property and new extension. Part (a) of condition 4 - details of doors and windows at a scale of 1:20 All details of windows, frames and how the glazing will connect to the house are in the attached documents.
