23/02634/FUL - 14 Humbledon View Sunderland SR2 7RX. Mr and Mrs Lawrence Needham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Demolition of existing rear garage. Rebuilding of rear boundary wall to improve vehicular access, with new roller shutter door. New UPVC windows to dwelling.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
23/02556/LP3 - Land Adj Public Toilets/Visitors Car Park Herrington Country Park Chester Road Shiney Row Houghton-le-Spring DH4 7EL. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Provision of a Changing Places modular toilet. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
The above application relates to development intended to be carried out by Sunderland City Council.
23/02631/FU4 - Land At Former Forest Estate/South Of Murton Lane Easington Lane Houghton-le-Spring. Bellway Homes Ltd North East is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of 135 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated access, parking, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
