1. & 2. 24/00032/FUL and 24/00033/LBC. Applicant: Mr Peter Bradley. Proposed development/works: Conversion of property from offices to its original use as a single dwelling at 3 George Street, WV2 4DG. 

3. Major Application.  23/01358/FUL. Applicant: Mr Mike Cash. Proposed development/works: Additional Car Parking together with ancillary Welfare Building at HS Marston Aerospace Ltd, Wobaston Road, WV10 6QJ. 

3. Major Application. 23/01378/FUL. Applicant: Paragon Living Space Limited. Proposed development/ works: Incorporation of Paul Street in association with planning application ref. 21/01710/FUL (as varied by 23/01026/REM) to allow for access to adjoining car park and associated soft landscaping and public realm enhancements at Sunbeamland, Paul Street, WV2 4DH.
