a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-

23/01077/FULHH Installation of solar panels to rear roof elevation. 10no. panels, 1150mm x 1770mm. Colour - Black. Face of panels to face of roof - 80100mm. This planning application is being made as all Permitted Developments were removed in the original planning when the property was built in 1994/5. Green Bay Cottage, 27 Dairy Lane, Hose, Leicestershire.
23/01069/FUL Resubmission of 22/01156/FUL The conversion of the garage associated with 2c Main Street, Eaton to form a separate dwelling; and a new garage for the existing dwelling. Amendments include the addition of a garage to the conversion. Land Off Main Street, Main Street, Eaton.
b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

23/01149/DIS Discharge of condition 2 (conversion methodolgy) of planning approval 18/00667/LBC dated 7 December 2018. The Old Hall, 146 Main Street, Asfordby, Leicestershire.
c. Regulation 5 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:-
23/01135/LBC Installation of solar panels on detached garage (10 panels per each elevation). Yew Tree House, 12 South Street, Scalford, Leicestershire.
d. Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
23/01065/FUL Change of use from Agricultural land to car park ( 3 spaces). Eastwell Hall Stables, 2 Hall Lane, Eastwell, Leicestershire.
A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray
LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
