6. Rye Conservation Area. Existing lower ground floor flat to be changed to kitchen & store. Extractor fan duct to rear elevation. External seating to rear courtyard. 7 Customs House, Customs House Flat, High Street, Rye RR/2023/2607/P & RR/2023/2608/L
7. Proposed altered rear elevation ground floor to remove French doors to bay approved under RR/2022/737/P. Proposed reinstalment of first floor window. Replacement of lead roofing above bay. Sunnyside, Main Street, Peasmarsh RR/2023/2615/P

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 5, 6 & 7 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3, 4, 6 & 8 above.

The proposed development in respect of 1 above does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
